Responsibilities:

• Taking care of the warehouse and constant stock of equipment;

• Loading and unloading the truck with goods;

• Monthly inventory check;

• Receipting, issuing and dispatching of safety equipment;

• Maintaining communication with customers;

• Proposing of promotions (old items);

• Realizing translations of newsletters and basic manuals;

• Preparing certifications files for items (CE);

• Preparing weekly order to Croatia;

• Creating invoices and offers for customers;

• Procurement of equipment from headquarter (Croatia).

Requirements:

• High-school degree;

• Previous experience on a similar role;

• Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel) and databases;

• Good level of English (B1 level);

• Driving license – B;

• Good communication skills;

• High degree of team-working skills, responsibility, flexibility and proactivity;

• Affinity to new technologies and willingness to continuous improvement;

• High level of work ethics and honesty.
