B2B Sales & Travel Assistant
Info about our client: leading service provider in the maritime industry, is seeking for a B2B Sales & Travel Assistant to support their sales activities and client interactions. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in modern technologies and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Travel is an essential part of this role and includes regular international travel for client meetings, events, and industry functions across Europe, Asia, and the Americas (up to 40% of working time).
Responsibilities:
Maintaining constant contact with international clients, including regular calls, meetings and follow-ups;
Managing and developing an active portfolio of clients and sales opportunities using CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms to ensure sales pipeline visibility;
Representing the company in client meetings, site visits, conferences and industry events, both locally and internationally, with frequent travel across Europe, Asia, and the Americas;
Organizing and facilitating internal events, meetings, and strategic sessions for the business development department to ensure alignment and productivity;
Actively engaging and maintaining a strong presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to network, promote the services and identify potential partnerships;
Supporting the sales process end-to-end, from initial contact and presentations to negotiations and deal closure;
Conducting research on potential opportunities, market trends, and the competitive landscape to support informed decision-making and business strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum working experience in B2B sales or similar roles;
Very good English (spoken & written);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools;
Strong willingness and availability to travel internationally for client meetings, site visits, and industry events, up to 40% of working time, across Europe, Asia and the Americas;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Excellent organizational skills and experience in event planning;
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a team environment.
