We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic professional to join and build a marketing department from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a multi-talented individual capable of juggling various aspects of modern marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy;
• Creating and managing online advertising campaigns;
• Quickly editing visual materials using Photoshop and other design tools (including Canva);
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with influencers;
• Coordinating external marketing agencies and monitoring their performance;
• Developing and managing the marketing budget;
• Analyzing and reporting marketing campaign results;
• Creating content for various social media platforms;
• Organizing and participating in marketing and PR events;
• Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to help shaping future marketing strategies;
• Evaluating customer feedback;
• Analyzing the market and the competition to gain an advantage and targeting customer-specific needs;
• Being responsible for the entire company image, from the branded T-shirts to digital campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years previous experience in digital marketing;
• Solid knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools;
• Basic photo editing skills using Photoshop, Canva or similar programs;
• Experience managing online advertising campaigns (GoogleAds, Facebook Ads);
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing;
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken);
• Ability to work with budgets and perform basic financial analyses;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Creativity and strategic thinking;
• Very good time management skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude with an ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting;
• Enthusiasm, problem-solving skills and creativity are a must;
• Would prefer a hands-on environment.
