Marketing & Social Media Specialist

The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns on social media platforms, with the ability to generate unique content and coordinate the entire campaign process from conception to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing marketing and social media strategies;
- Conducting market research and analyzing to identify trends, consumer needs and competitive landscape;
- Developing and managing budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives;
- Managing creative direction and project management;
- Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns;
- Designing, building and maintaining social media presence;
- Instrument conversion points and optimizing user funnels;
- Identifying and establishing partnerships with industry influencers to expand reach and brand awareness;
- Managing and growing social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube;
- Scheduling digital content (reels, videos, images and stories) on different social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Previous working experience in digital marketing, social media, copywriting, brand awareness;
- Excellent coordination and project management skills;
- Familiarity with Performance Marketing / SEM - paid social channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Google (Google Ads, Social/Display Ads);
- Advanced English skills;
- Understanding of marketing automation principles, customized and multi-touch campaigns, dashboards, and reporting;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude with an ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting;
- Enthusiasm, problem-solving skills and creativity.
