Junior Technical Support Representative

Major responsibilities:
- Technical support to the partners and customers (offering pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support services);
- Taking care about service procedure;
- In charge of demo board - to work properly and to be update with new products;
- Testing devices and making reports;
- Working with the sales team as the technical support and identifying all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process;
- Presentation of products from demo boards to the customers;
- Keeping up with new technologies at the market;
- Preparation of manuals, user guides, certification;
- Taking care about products on the B2B platform.
Requirements:
- High-school or university degree in the technical field (Electrical / Electronics / Hardware);
- 4/6+ months as a Trainee/Volunteer (previous experience on similar positions in Technical field) would be a plus;
- Basic technical skills with knowledge of video surveillance, intrusion, access control and intercoms systems;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (Excel) and internet;
- Good level of English (B2 level);
- Driving license and availability for business trips, if needed;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- High degree of team-working skills, responsibility, flexibility and proactivity;
- Affinity to new technologies and willingness to continuous improvement;
- High level of work ethics and honesty.
