The B2B Sales Executive plays a key role in the lead management process by engaging and building a relationship with global HR (Global Mobility stake holders) prospects, promoting company services to identify new opportunities in regards of company's solutions.
Prospecting the market through various available channels: databases, networking, social tools, recommendations;
Identifying, hunting, specifically based on cold call/email and recruiting of new domestic and international/global customers;
Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of leads to consistently meet/exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly targets;
Working with customers as an Account Manager during the on-boarding phase - helping them to adopt the ecosystem in their daily work;
Identifying new opportunities to promote the company's services;
Setting qualified appointments for discovery calls and tools presentations;
Informing other members of the team about the opportunities identified to define the best solutions for the customers;
Reporting and result analysis.
Requirements & Competencies:
1 year previous experience (Call Center, Customer Support, Telesales, Direct Sales, B2B Services – inbound/outbound);
Experienced in MS Office (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM platforms;
Working knowledge of sales concepts;
Language skills: advanced English – B2 - C1 (written/spoken);
In depth understanding of services and solutions in the area of global mobility: immigration, relocation, taxation, employer of record and moving services;
Experience of outbound B2B sales experience/cold calling is preferred;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to learn quickly and think analytically;
Good presentation skills and detail oriented in keeping record;
Excellent time management skills;
Very good interpersonal skills;
Strong work ethic, dependable & results driven;
Ability to work both independently, but also in a team.
