Customer Support with French (Logistics)

For our client, a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) leader, we are looking for a Customer Support with French.
Our partner delivers value to their customers by bringing operational excellence, deep industry and functional knowledge to critical business processes.
Various industries: travel, insurance, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution and retail.
- Full time job, hybrid. Work schedule: Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls and providing solutions;
- Delivering the goals and targets as per the defined KPI's;
- Being able to follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual;
- Following the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree;
- B2 - C1 level of French;
- Good level of English (B1 - B2);
- Hands on experience of using desktop or Laptop with headset;
- Ability of self-learning on live job;
- Comfort in Learning and Using Digital Tools and knowledge of using Virtual meeting application (Skype, Zoom or WebEx);
- Intermediate understanding in using Broadband, Wi-Fi or phone internet tethering with desktop or Laptop;
- Details oriented; customer-oriented communication and ability to handle multiple tasks.
