Delivery Project Manager | Digital Marketing

IMM Online connects young experts (Explorers) from a network of over 1600 to SMEs in need of hands-on expertise to build and enhance their online presence, with limited financial and time resources.
As a Delivery Project Manager you will be responsible for multiple teams of junior developers and marketers (Explorers) to develop and build digital products (websites, digital marketing campaigns, visual assets) for SMBs. In addition, you must provide concrete guidance on what everyone needs to do and the most efficient way to complete each step for the delivery of digital products.
Activities
What your week will look like:
- Weekly and daily calls with teams of junior marketers and developers;
- You will give feedback on the delivery progress of landing pages, Facebook ads campaigns (visual assets and copy writing), Google Ads and keep track of tasks and project timeline;
- Build and maintain a clear set of delivery frameworks for digital products;
- Setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns on various advertising platforms. Facebook & Google;
- Development workflow for marketing assets such as landing pages, video ads, and microsites;
- Development workflow for sales, copy for landing pages, Facebook ads, video ads, blog posts;
- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements;
- Set daily and weekly calls and if the project is not on-track you must provide the solution to team members. For example, you may assign young developers (Explorers) to get feedback 1:1 calls with senior experts / mentors in order to get back on track with the project;
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors. Provide access to Explorers to development environments, access to licenses;
- Review weekly numbers to identify holes and optimize the delivery workflow;
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange;
- Find new tools, software, and strategies to amplify marketing efforts, engage new customers, facilitate product launches, and speed up campaign deployment.
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of full-time marketing experience working in SaaS, Information Marketing, or Digital Marketing;
- Good understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and how to drive conversions through our various marketing funnels;
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva;
- Experience writing marketing and sales copy for emails, landing pages, and social media;
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology such as WordPress, marketing automation, or website building software (CMS);
- Capacity to train and guide junior team members;
- Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently;
- Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A solid understanding of business cases.
